Randy J. Hill learned to build homes the old fashion way, by strapping on tools and pounding nails in the hot summer sun. His approach epitomizes the R.J. Hill Homes philosophy that “quality is something you earn through hard work”. That was the first lesson Randy learned building his first few homes by hand in the Napa Valley back in the 1970’s.

The second lesson was that it convinced him that putting families in homes they could be proud of is what he wanted to do with his life. It was out of those early experiences that R.J. Hill Homes was born over twenty five years ago when Randy moved back home to the Central Valley and began his first subdivision in Fresno, California. Over the succeeding years R.J. Hill Homes has built thousands of homes in a number of subdivisions throughout the Fresno, Clovis, Modesto, Los Banos, and Hanford communities.

Today, R.J. Hill Homes is a dynamic company of dedicated men and women who share Randy Hill’s dream of providing new homes that families can be proud of. Using the best architects and engineers to design its projects and the latest technologies and software to build and manage them has earned R.J. Hill Homes an enviable reputation for quality in the San Joaquin Valley housing marketplace.
